1330 Yards Place, SE
From a press release:
“Rev’d, the brand known for its high-energy, music-driven workouts, will officially open its first Washington, D.C. location on Saturday, August 8. The new studio will be located at 1330 Yards Place SE within the Navy Yard Urby development, marking a major milestone in the brand’s continued expansion.
Rev’d Navy Yard is owned and operated by local entrepreneurs and fitness leaders Kendra Simms, Jessica Taylor, and Ashley Calloway, who bring deep ties to the D.C. community and a shared vision to create an inclusive, high-energy fitness environment. The 3,000+ square foot studio will feature two of Rev’d’s signature modalities:
its renowned indoor cycling experience and Powerhouse, a high-intensity, low-impact reformer workout that blends strength training and cardio.
“The spirit of Rev’d is something we’re excited to introduce to the D.C. fitness community,” added Jessica Taylor, co-owner of Rev’d Navy Yard. “We’re proud to bring a concept that is not only physically challenging, but also empowering and community-driven. Our goal is to create a space where people of all fitness levels feel motivated, supported, and excited to show up every day.”
Spanning a thoughtfully designed footprint the Navy Yard location will feature two dedicated studios: a cycling studio equipped with 35 state-of-the-art bikes and a virtual video wall, and a signature “Powerhouse” studio with seven reformer machines for strength training. Designed to bring cycling and strength under one roof, the space also includes two bathrooms, a vanity area, and one full-service shower to support a seamless pre- or post-workout routine.
“We are thrilled to open our doors in D.C. and bring the Rev’d experience to this community,” said Clyde Simms, founder and co-CEO of Rev’d Fitness, and former DC United player. “After spending over a decade here during my professional soccer career, opening in Navy Yard is a full-circle moment. We’re excited to build something meaningful in a city that already feels like home.”
