DC OAG claimed victory for DC house buyers (see article) for Title Insurance Kickbacks and sent out claim information back in the winter to eligible people.
Has anyone received their restitution check yet?
I emailed with the DC OAG office and they said they have no timeline for processing or remittance. I submitted back in early February….feels odd.
Or if anyone has ever received restitution from DC OAG how long did it actually take?
