Shooting outside the vet in Adams Morgan. Cop said victim was taken to the hospital still alive but with several shots.”
MPD reported just before 10:30pm:
“MPD Units are investigating a shooting in the 2500 block of 17th St NW. Lookout for a B/M, 5’11”, 20’s yoa, wearing a black shirt, black hat with brown pants.”
