I was walking by the Planned Parenthood on 4th St NE Wednesday morning some time around 7:30 or 8am. There were a small handful of protestors out front, which is not unusual at all. What I was surprised by was that they were armed with a megaphone/loud noisemaker and started
blaring what sounded like sirens and horns honking. I could still hear it when I was three blocks away. Is this even legal? Anything the community can do to end this harassment since it’s disruptive to all of us too?“
