wearing an all black outfit, black long sleeve, black long skirt, black heels, long blonde hair, and she looked very beautiful and cool.
I saw her first at the Health for Life dispensary in Bethesda and then on the Red line train at around 18:00, we got on at Bethesda but she got off at Friendship Heights.
We were looking at each other and smiling a lot especially on the train, but on principle I never approach someone on public transport as I don’t want to bother anyone, but we kept looking at each other and smiling and I regret a lot not talking to her.
