Looking through the lens of the Parisian bistro we are incorporating a menu curated to reflect a global sensibility that will resonate with the DC demographic of well versed travelers that are looking for classic, familiar flavors. My name is Colin and I’ve been a chef in the area for the past 12 years honing my craft in the kitchens of Bourbon Steak, CUT, Ruthie’s All Day & Stachowski Market. My wife Jamila and I want to build a restaurant that becomes a neighborhood staple where you can rely on us for a delicious and indulgent meal with family and friends. We also have a gorgeous patio and plans to throw an epic Father’s Day cookout so be on the lookout for that!”
