“Saw this today where the cherry blossom once stood near the corner of 19th and Columbia. A neighbor has been working on that triangular garden space recently so I feared the worst, but found the work order on the urban forestry site so unfortunately it must have been diseased. Attached is a photo of it in bloom in 2021.”
