At the post office at 18th and Kalorama. It’s scheduled to open at 9, it’s 9:20 and for the umpteenth time they’ve got 8 customers standing out front waiting. This has become a normal operating procedure for this location.
When staff do arrive, they don’t acknowledge the line, rather unlock enter and relock the door leaving customers to cool their heels another 10 minutes while they casually do what they do.
Service at this location is rock bottom and getting worse by the day. Yes, I could use another location but this is close to me. Anyone know who to contact?“
