Curious if anyone knows what was going on this morning when there was a helicopter hovering over Adams Morgan/Mt. Pleasant for 10-15 minutes around 7am?
Helicopter traffic is obviously normal but this one just sat and hovered and did not move the whole time. It was weird.”
