The park is bounded by Minnesota Avenue to the west; Ely Place and Ridge Roads to the north; Alabama Avenue to the east; and Massachusetts Avenue to the south. The main driving entrances to the park are Fort Davis Drive and Ridge Road; Fort Davis Drive and Massachusetts Avenue; and Randle Circle and Fort Dupont Drive.”

Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, snacks and good energy. Come early to grab your spot. Everyone is welcome, and the National Park Service staff is here to help you enjoy your visit.

From picnic blankets to dance circles, from first timers to longtime fans, this is a space where everyone can feel joyful and free.

To keep the event safe and comfortable for everyone, please don’t bring:

Negative vibes
Coolers larger than 29.5 x 16 x 19 inches
Glass containers
Grills or open flames (grilling is only allowed in designated picnic areas)
Illegal substances
Large Umbrellas (umbrella canopy diameter must not exceed 35 inches when fully open)
Weapons of any kind

Friendly park rangers and staff will be on site to help everyone have a fun, safe experience.”
