“Do you know how to lobby for more compost bins?”

“Dear PoPville,

So I am totally in love with the DPW compost bins. I go almost daily on my way to work or dropping off the kids’. The bins are convenient but not THAT convenient without a car.

I live within walking distance of a High School, 2 middle schools and 2 elementary schools… I guess it’s a good idea to ask DPW to put more bins near the entrance of those schools. Right?

Do you know how to lobby for more bins? I emailed DPW but, alas… no answer.

I understand that in the current state of the world it is hard to really ENJOY something but i REALLY enjoy composting.”
