Armed Forces Retirement Home in the New York Times

Good eye Express and thanks to a reader for alerting me to this article in today’s New York Times. The article is about Abraham Lincoln’s Cottage where he wrote the Emancipation Proclamation. Read the article here. According to the Times “While the house will be open by online reservation only to tour groups of 15 people per hour, the trust hopes to welcome every Washington fifth grader each year, and to expand to a larger mission of catering to Lincoln scholars.” Pretty cool.
