Round 2 goes to Muriel Bowser

Last week I reported Michael Brown scoring the nice big banner at Sweet Mango Cafe. So, I decided to take a walk around the neighborhood to see who was winning the yard sign war. In my very unscientific walk I’d say it was about 2 to 1 more Muriel Bowser signs than any others. There are pockets of Brown signs, pockets of Singelton signs, one Gaither sign and even a couple of Fenty for mayor signs. But by in large, I saw many more Muriel Bowser signs than any other. I also saw some signs officially announcing the special election May 1st. I still have many more interviews to conduct. Does anyone have some suggestions on issues for me to cover that I haven’t already covered?
