Last week Michael tipped us off that a liquor license application for Creole on 14th had been filed for 3365 14th Street, NW – which is the home to the coming Iron Age Korean/BBQ restaurant. Panic briefly ensued. Folks in the know said they heard that the Creole spot was really coming to the former El Tio space. The folks in the know were indeed in the know as that is exactly what’s happening. So file this as a win/win.
