Louis asks: “Do you know anything about this film production?”

Could it be more of the CBS mini series about Comey’s book staring Jeff Daniels and Holly Hunter?

From MPD:

“On Thursday, December 19, 2019, a movie production and filming will take place in the District of Columbia. In conjunction with this event, there will be several street closures that motorists should take into consideration:

The following streets will be closed to vehicular traffic for the event from approximately 6:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.: (more…)

“Dear PoPville,

This triple trike was stolen from my backyard in Shaw. I don’t think they could have gotten very far cause the chain was rusted, and I had just taken it outside so I could tune it up. It’s pretty easy to spot, I feel like your readers will know where it is. It was meant to be our main mode of transportation for the 4 of us in the spring (I was also just about to add the baby seat that I bought for it).”

Ed. Note: Please email any sightings to [email protected] and I’ll pass on to OP. Thanks.

Crime

same model of safe

From Qualia:

“We had a theft at Qualia over the weekend sometime Saturday night or Sunday morning. Our safe with cash and documents was taken. This is a heavy commercial safe, around hundred pounds, it’s a solid metal box about 20X15X15 inches, with a red painted drop drawer in the front, a spin dial combo lock. I don’t have much hope of recovering the cash, but I figure they will eventually dump it somewhere and they won’t have use for the documents. Just asking our neighbors to keep an eye out.” (more…)

“Dear PoPville,

I was at Songbyrd for the Leif Vollebekk show and met a handsome man with a great smile. We chatted before the show and had a great time the whole show. I didn’t get his number before everyone made a mass exit at the end. We were standing toward the left and sang every song. Thanks!

There was a time my friends. There was a time. If you pissed off the Gods and were last to be dropped off, I’d put it at about the 5th circle overall. If you were first, right on right on. Ed. Note: You were never first.

From CNN:

“Commuter company SuperShuttle, which has ferried fliers to and from dozens of airports since 1983, said it will shut down permanently effective December 31.”

Please share your most memorable SuperShuttle experience – I’ve repressed mine.
