City Ridge Groundbreaking Ceremony

Roadside Development and NASH are hosting the official groundbreaking event for City Ridge, the redevelopment of the former Fannie Mae Headquarters. Unlike other groundbreakings, this event is open to the entire community. Guests will enjoy a performance by Washington Youth Choir, cooking decorating, a hot chocolate bar, and free donuts. Mini shovels will be provided to children who would like to participate shovel-to-dirt moment!
