“Chaia Tacos opens the doors to its second location in Washington, DC’s Mount Vernon Triangle on January 8. Menu highlights include taco favorites like Chaia’s Creamy Kale and Potato with pepperjack, poblano crema, salsa verde, and pickled onion and Braised Mushroom with feta, salsa roja and cilantro, as well as rotating seasonal tacos, such as Roasted Butternut Squash with goat cheese, caramelized onions, chipotle yogurt, and mint, and Citrus-Roasted Beet with ricotta salata, cilantro-lime yogurt and jalapeño.
