Old Church Conversion at 12 & Q St, NW Nearly Finished

12Qchurch2

“Dear PoPville,

I haven’t seen a post about the old church at 12 & Q St NW in over a year, but it looks like work is almost finished on it! It looks to be created in the form of a restaurant, and there’s a huge patio on the other side spanning the distance from the building to the alley next to the Watermelon House. The first picture is from a couple weeks ago, but the other two are from yesterday. That yellow placard in the Q St side window is a stop work order, but I couldn’t get close enough to read why, nor could I find any other placards about what who might be moving in.”
