MPD Releases Video of POI Wanted in an Armed Robbery (Gun) and a First Degree Sexual Abuse

“The Metropolitan Police Department’s Sexual Assault Unit seeks the public’s assistance in identifying a person of interest in reference to an Armed Robbery (Gun) and a First Degree Sexual Abuse offense which occurred in the rear of the 600 block of Pickford Place, Northeast, on Saturday, May 6, 2017.

At approximately 1:20 am, the suspect brandished a gun and demanded the victim’s money. The suspect then forced the victim into the alley, at the listed location, and sexually assaulted her.

The suspect is described as a black male, 20-25 years-old, and between 5’10’ to 6’0′ tall. He was wearing a black jacket, dark colored pants, and black shoes.

Anyone who has information regarding this case should call police at 202-727-9099. Additionally, information may be submitted to the TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411.”
