Seems like a *ahem* good deal.

I don’t have that kind of cash, but that seems like a great deal – its going to go over asking for sure, right? I mean, theres a beautiful fireplace in one of the friggin bathrooms!!!

what Im saying is that I would love the f* out of this place if it were mine.

  • Neil

I’m surprised they are not trying for closer to $2M.

I love it. If i had that money to spend, I’d definitely consider this place. The only downside I can see is the lack of garden/yard space.

Love this house, love the location, this is awesome.

  • LittleBluePenguin

oh my god, that is gorgeous! House of my dreams!

I am iffy on some of the bathroom aesthetic choices (trippy mosaic tile in one shower, exposed plumbing for a sink), but otherwise I LOVE this house and covet it. Given the location and size, I wouldn’t be surprised if it went over asking.

  • Stacey

Is the dishwasher across the kitchen from the sink, or is that something else next to the fridge? That would be really annoying if it is the dishwasher.

  • stacksp

    This is really nice..

Unless there are serious underlying structural issues, this is a hell of a deal
