I like this enough and appreciate that it is not a flip, but the price looks waaaay ambitious to me. The adjacent house, which was the same size and layout, sold for $435K this past April. Even if it was in marginally less nice condition, I have difficulty imagining how or why this house is thought to be worth almost 50% more than that one.

Agreed that 629k seems ambitious, but not that ambitious. Its a solid little house with a nice layout, appealing details, and tasteful updating. Up to 570k seems fair to me. Also near the bus and about a 15 min walk to fort totten metro… but yeah, still tough to swallow compared when you know someone else got one for 435k.

I think this ends up in the $575k camp.

Most 3 bed/3 baths in this immediate area are selling between $650-700k now, so take some off for one fewer bathroom and less nice finishes.

What’s going on in photo #5? It looks like the veneer (?) for the riser has peeled off from the riser itself and is protruding out onto the floor.

Wow. They really committed to that light blue color, huh?

  • I Dont Get It

    That front door! Sigh!

I can’t tell whether you’re being sarcastic or not. I suppose the door has some charm to it, but interior rowhomes are starved for light — that tiny little porthole is a wasted opportunity. Full-light doors all the way, in my opinion.

      • I Dont Get It

Nope! I love that door! Turn the lights on!

If they want to ask that much for it… they should invest in some better real estate photography….
