Good luck to folks selling in the next couple months. There’s going to be a temporary slowdown through all the uncertainty.

I love everything about this, and it’s a great deal!

    What a steal

It seems like a pretty good deal to me. A “gentler time” indeed. On that note, can anyone explain why 1220 Linden Pl NE is still on the market? It’s a gorgeous property, albeit with a smallish kitchen for my taste, and seems really reasonably priced. What am I missing?

It went on the market on Nov 2 and has been under contract since Nov 9. That doesn’t seem an unreasonable time to be on the market?

Oh! I guess mine didn’t update. Thanks for the catch!

Zillow shows it as off market? My guess is that its maybe too small (only 1200 square feet) for many people with a lack of basement for storage, etc.? I’d see it as a condo alternative without the amenities. That said, the pictures do seem nice.

That house is owned by a friend of mine. It is under contract.

Seems like a really good deal – tastefully updated while leaving original details in tact. I’d guess it goes for over asking. Only negatives might be lack of central AC?

Wow, I’ve seen so many of these Wardman style homes and never one with a garage in the basement. Bonkers.

Just beautiful. I love everything about this.
