      Ha! i was just thinking that was probably my least favorite room of the house.

  • So I’ve tried to Google Mrs Annie S Herrmann and found nothing on her. What makes her home so special that it warrants mentioning her name in the listing? Why not just say it was built in 1923? (If I had listed my condo as being built especially for Mr. Filbert H. Bufflemaker in 1933 would I have gotten a better profit?)
