    Wish I’d had the money to buy in that neighborhood about 15 years ago, when houses like this one were going for less than half this much.

      You don’t even have to go back that far – this house sold for $690K in 2008. I do wonder what kind of shape it was in then, though.

    I think we looked at this house back in the day, but it was out of our price range even then. I’m sad, because it was nice then… it’s even better now.

    There are a few tiny things that I’d change right away, but I think I’m only focused on them because I love it so much.

    Went to the open house and pictures don’t do it justice. Only thing I didn’t like was that you have to walk through the master bathroom to access the roof deck and the powder room is in the kitchen directly across from the stove but overall, I couldn’t stop myself from drooling.
