929 11th Street Northeast

This house is located at 929 11th Street, Northeast. The listing says:

“Muscle-Bound Beauty Queen, working up a sheen of light, pouring out, pooling up, running over with form&function, Command-Central Kitchen, cooks by itself, frantic for wholefoods, demanding organics like wood, stone, and steel in a deal with twin meters, renting’s much neater, payment much sweeter, thank you airB&B, unless you seek flex, home-office vocation, lawless recreation, flawless location.”

Mr. Faison’s ability to continue generating listings that are even more over the top never ceases to amaze. At least they’re not boring.

That’s in-part because he recycles the same ones. I remember looking at a house on 18th St NE in Brookland early last year, which was also called the “Muscle-Bound Beauty Queen.” I laughed when I saw this headline.

    • Kennedy St

My house was also a muscle-bound beauty queen! Blast, I thought I was the only one.

Man, these rich RE agents get all the good drugs!

Oh Faison. Pretty sweet house actually, top-notch staging

  • soozles

Teeny kitchen. What up wit dat? And overkill on those ceilings. Blech.

    • Duponter

Yeah the kitchen is really small for a 2,000 square foot house. The listing also seems to be missing quite a few photos that I would think you’d have of the upstairs.

Also, is it the photo, or from the back parking pad, can you even get up to the first floor of the house, or do you have to go through the basement?

    • E.

But it cooks by itself, so it’s not like you have to actually do anything in there.

Really nice property. The brick is a nice touch. Not much entertaining space but nice nonetheless

  • spookiness

Ugh. Lose the aluminum porch columns and railings please.
