Developers clearly got a little too greedy by forcing so many tiny units into this building. I may be mistaken, but I don’t think they’ve sold any units yet, and they’ve been on the market for a long, long time at this point.

this looks really cramped. those chairs are practically IN the kitchen.

  • Linc Park SE

That is a noisy, busy intersection. I used to live on Richardson Place – the noise from the gas stations alone can be exhausting!

And that teeny pub table! You can barely fit one full place setting

Where does one eat in said apartment? Cool bathrooms though.

giving cozy a super new meaning…but hey, some crave that close knit intimacy in a forced kind of way,

Another unit in this conversion was up a few months ago:
The main issue, as was mentioned in the other post, is this intersection has an insane amount of car traffic and is pretty ugly. That’s only going to get worse as the city gets more dense. The condo itself looks fine, but the location is a tough sell.

There was a unit about a half block west on Rhode Island in a duplex that we looked at. All I could think about was that intersection. No thanks.

These teeny condos are going to languish at this price for a decade or more. You can pack in all the stainless and granite amenities possible, but NOTHING will make up for an unusable and laughably small amount of square footage. This isn’t Tokyo.

I wish I had a perfect floor pan. I’m not sure I’d know what to do with it though. Presumably trip over it at some point.
