Barack and Michelle might want to take a look at this one. Needs updates but they can make it happen.

  • 9,431 sqft? I would have to throw on a pop-up just to hit that 10K mark.

It’s nice, but I’m really looking for a place with at least 8 fireplaces.

nice from outside, but a snoozefest!

All kidding aside, this place is actually lovely for something of this size. So many of the mansions featured on here are garishly ornate – marble floors, statutes, ugly chandeliers. Everything in this home is tasteful. I think if I were spending this much I’d want some more interesting details and would want more sunlight on the lower floors, but this is still quite nice.

      who is kidding?

The whole place leaves me cold (not that I’d ever been looking in this market – wouldn’t be my ideal size home, even if I won millions) both inside and outside. I suppose you could do things to warm up the inside, but you are pretty much stuck with the outside.

I have been having trouble lately with the pictures loading in the posting page. Has anyone else?

The inside reads like an Ashburn McMansion. The design and many of the materials look quite basic. There is no life inside, just a lot of space with no there there.
