  • That Man A

pretty awesome across the board… location, exterior, interior
only thing id desire is more outdoor space

  • Kingman Park

On the verge of absurd for one family but this place is beautiful.

  • LedroitTigah

welp. I only need $3.285m and that place can be mine!!

(kitchen looks kind of small though, if youre into cooking)

    • Kukki Bakemono

The small kitchen combined with no space for me to dive into a swimming pool full of money like Scrooge McDuck is what’s keeping me from procuring this resplendent domicile.

      • Kingman Park

        Well stated old bean.

  • Los

    Perfect across the board

To be part of the 1%. Even as a member of the 2% club, I still live paycheck to paycheck in my modest $1MM entry level house

  • Wow, what a classy space. I really dig their style of opulence.

    • palisades

      Opulence. I has it

  • mvexplorer

I love the houses on this street and have always wondered what they went for (always forgetting to research on my own). I would have honestly thought it would have been more, so it seems like a bargain to me!! Still sadly about 3 million over my budget though.. :(

Kind of curious that they mention both the 2-car garage plus 2-car driveway parking as well as the 95 Walk Score. How much walking to the neighborhood grocery store do people at this price point do?
