Does the TV & console convey?

More importantly, does that mushrooms and ferns print convey? I wouldn’t sign anything without it.

exactly. i’m only into this if the grandma’s house vibe remains.

Man I was so focused on the console I didn’t see the mushroom/fern tableau. I think it’s actually a needlepoint.

In what world is this house in Hillcrest?
    .
Also, walking distance to historic Anacostia is a stretch. It’s over 20 minutes to the edge of the district and 30 minutes to the just-announced Walgreens. It’s actually equidistant to the Potomac Ave metro as Good Hope/MLK.

Agree, but it has good bones. We’ve lived in the heart of Hillcrest since 2000, and would have a hard time giving up our ample southern facing screen porch with mature trees to move back to Capitol Hill. Plus, lots of additional young families moving in, makes it all that more appealing. We just had s great annual St. Paddy’s Day party last Saturday with many Hillcrest neighbors.

Google Street View shows a pretty great little street. The house is probably in Randle Heights and not Hillcrest but only by about a block.

Thanks for the EOTR feature. This is a pretty good example of the affordable houses and nice neighborhoods EOTR has to offer.
