I don’t like this particular unit, but I prefer this location over Kingman Park, by a long shot.

You responded just to tell kp you hate their neighborhood? Wow! Slow day in the office, I guess?

        • Kingman Park

Lol I wasn’t even neighborhood bashing.

        • Anon

Not sure what you’re projecting, but I didn’t say anything about hating their neighborhood. I read that response in a similar vein as someone from Kentucky lamenting a DC condo that costs the same as some McMansion back home. You’d be hard-pressed to find a 2br condo for under $400 that close to the city center, as awful as that may be.

  • Anon Spock

634 sq ft? How is that possible?

  • You’ve got to be kidding me. I hope “3” in the price tag is a typo. It looks tiny, dark, and I can’t image that any of the work done was done properly.

  • HaileUnlikely

Owing primarily to its location, this is valued a bit higher than my entire house (in Takoma), yet I would not regard an even trade as a good deal for me.

  • meh

Used to live near this house. It’s right across the street from a large affordable housing community, with the entrance to the parking area right across the street. Let’s just say there’s a lot of….activity. At all times of the day and night. Sometimes involving the police.

  • TX2DC

It would make a cozy starter house for someone. I agree it is overpriced by quite a bit, however.

    • Anon Spock

You’re not getting a house just a unit. It’s numbered in the listing.

      • TX2DC

Perhaps I should have said “starter property.” Excuse me – sheesh.

I can’t figure out the bedroom situation. Which photos are of the actual bedrooms? The first two with the twin beds or the second two with the double beds? Clearly not the same rooms. That place looks small, dark and depressing. Probably a good deal for that location, however.

    • soozles

also, photos of two different bathrooms. Is this the ole switcheroo?

    • soozles

same thing with the kitchen. I think.

      • textdoc

Yeah — I see what looks like two different kitchen tables and a total of four bedframes: one twin and one double of each bedframe style.

  • LJ

I don’t get how you fit 2 brs in 634 square feet. That’s tiny.
