Great price w/parking…. the only downside could be being at ground level.

Having to put in wood floors in the carpeted areas would be another downside, if there isn’t wood below, which there likely isn’t in a building of this vintage.

    I say good deal!

bland and boring. But considering the new buildings around that area- this price is a fair.

Between the location, size and deeded parking, I think this will go fast in spite of being at ground level.

I think the realtor doesn’t understand the term gourmet.

Ever want to shoot the realtor who first paired the words gourmet and kitchen?

  • Eh

I think it is a good deal in that area, though I found everything about this place kind of underwhelming to be honest. Would definitely rather spend the same in another neighborhood for something more interesting.

I don ‘t think it’s ground level. It’s on point for price and fee for the area.

I live in this building, it’s not on the ground floor, it’s on the 1st floor. On this side of the building, the ground floor units are above grade. Based on my knowledge, the monthly fee might be an old figure because it seems a little low relative to mine.

It’s probably based on square footage and whether or not you have a parking space. Are the 2/2s all the same size? Does everyone have parking?

I rented a condo in this building for two years. It was absolutely wonderful. Great location, friendly front desk and maintenance staff, awesome gym, and such nice neighbors (with cute dogs). It’s been over four years since I left, but man living is good there!

Looks small for the price to me.
