There seemed to be some shifting going on in the DC real estate market last year, with slowing seen in some areas. Even so, it has been rare on Good Deal or Not Revisited posts to see such a significant reduction from the original price, or as much of an accrual of days on market.
Recent sales of houses in this immediate area just south of the SE/SW Freeway and not far from Nats Stadium range from $435,000. to $905,000.
With mortgage interest at sub 4% rates, there are buyers out everywhere. Coupled with extremely tight active listing inventory, it looks like it is going to be another competitive, fast paced Spring market.
