“There was a guy claiming to be a Vet Tech from southern MD set up in Logan Circle with 20 ish puppies yesterday. His story was that he pulled them from the shelter to prevent the Shepard mixes from being euthanized and was charging an adoption fee of $50 a pup. Anyone have any more info or take him up on the offer of a puppy?”
