    I’m a fan!

  • Big decks are a nice bonus.

      I… like… big… DECKS and I cannot lie!

Without it having a rental unit- I don’t think it’s a good deal. Hopefully there is a door at the bottom of the stairs leading to the upper level bedroom.

Dreadfully boring open floor plan. No soul whatsoever to that place.

I agree. When the listing said “beautifully tiled bathrooms” I was expecting something spectacular. The whole thing is super blah. The one thing that stands out is the upper level deck- that would be nice to have.

I agree as well; “beautifully tiled bathrooms” does not equal home depot tile and glacier bay vanities. No basements (other than maybe crawlspace) from what I recall on that block.

Not sure I’d call this a deal. Vanilla flip, and if I’m not mistaken, isn’t one of those bedrooms an extended hallway above the stairs?

  • I hope there’s a door at the bottom of those stairs to the master bedroom.

  • Without a rentable basement, seems on the high side. Also, if I were living there, I’d be picking between the bedroom with two sinks in the bath, versus the bedroom with the deck – would have been nice if they’d put two sinks in the bathroom off the be-decked bedroom, for a nicer master suite.

I’m really confused by the bedroom with the deck. It seems to be an open room at the top of the stairs. Does this house have three floors?
