This unit is located in The Argyle condominium, which converted to condo ownership in 2006. At that time, the original seventy seven apartments were reconfigured into a total of thirty nine units and a roof deck was added. The building was built in the early 1900 (tax records, which are not always correct, indicate year built as 1910). The C shape design of the building generally allows for numerous windows in the floor plans. There is an elevator, a bike storage room, and some units include additional storage. Other unique amenities include a common guest room, solar panels on the roof, a resident manager, and a community compost.

One of the commenters to the original Good Deal or Not post suggested that the condo fee was on the high side at $345/month. I would disagree, given that the building includes the roof deck and the elevator (both of which require maintenance). Condo fees typically also include professional management, common area maintenance, reserve funds, water and sewer, trash pick up, and master insurance.
