I remember touring this building when they first opened over a year ago, when they wanted 500k, very funny at the time. The floor plan of most the condos is horrible except for the top two units. The others have the living area on first floor and bedrooms in the basement.

For 279 it’s a good price just for neighborhood . The pictures they show are pictures from two different units

First opened over a year ago – and then they went off the market. Something must have been wrong with the building.

This is actually a pretty decent deal. Some of the modern finishings are not up to my taste, but the duplex layout is pretty awesome as is the balcony space. It makes it feel much larger than 680 sq feet (this is priced at $411/foot). If I could get the price down to $260’ish, I’d say DEAL.

Good deal, IMHO. Located in a burgeoning neighborhood so property value will likely continue to rise. Clean and modern design inside. And I love the old fallout shelter placard on the front of the building. I want this place – perfect bachelor pad/investment property.

It sounds like a good deal, except I couldn’t tell the floor plan of the 1 bed/1 bath unit since these photos seem to be from several different units. However, I do know that I wouldn’t want my washing machine right next to my oven…that seems odd.

Why? Perfect place for a washer and you have the counters for folding!

Yeah, seems reasonably priced. Am I missing something?

The photo tour appears to include photos from both the listed united and from the other unit on the market (#21). #21 is a two-level two-bedroom; #1 is a one-level one-bedroom. Sloppy.

The finishings are going to look dated pretty quickly but this seems like an incredibly good deal nonetheless. Isn’t $108 too low for a condo fee though?

Those vessel sinks are already dated.

The price isn’t bad, but I wouldn’t want to live so far from the Metro. And no, this streetcar doesn’t cut it.

Don’t want to have the pleasure of taking the X2 every day??
