Super cute. The second bedroom’s probably the size of a closet, but they always are in these old houses. This is also very convenient to the Safeway and the awesome organic farmer’s market that will hopefully be coming back to Watkins this season.

  • It’s a good location, but at $550 per sqft I would expect a much better restoration / renovation than what they’ve done. It all looks “nice” but kind of in the way you say a person is “nice” rather than attractive.

Two adjacent sinks, to give your home that coveted “public restroom” feel.

Our family has the same exact dining room set – it was my great grandmother’s, probably 100 yrs old.

I live about 2 blocks north of this and i have a 2BR 1.5 BA brick with a nice basement and a corner lot and last year I refinanced and they assessed me at about $550,000. While my backyard isn’t as big (has no grass because it is hardscaped) the size and location are close so I would guess that it is fairly priced and it will be sold quickly. If it goes higher I wouldn’t be surprised because stock in that price range is thin and there are buyers looking.
