Back in Oct. we discussed the prospect and many people thought finding a few dead chickens did not indicate Cock Fighting. But I feel like I’ve been hearing too many people have been finding dead chickens/roosters for it to be simply random. This reader writes:
“Well, the ice started to melt revealing the headless rooster I discovered a few days earlier on Ogden closer to 16th Street, NW near that huge yellow apt building. Please excuse the iphone photo but it was dusk and cold out. Rumor has it there’s cock fighting in these parts and would be nice for that to go away.”
If people encounter scenes like this should they call MPD or Animal Control?
