The house next door is a rental (has been for atleast 4 years) and has issues that are impacting our house. We have tried contacting the owner but she is unresponsive to our request to make the repairs. Additionally, I just looked the house up and she is getting the homestead credit. What recourse do we have to get her to make the repairs? Our next step is a certified letter.
We are in initial talks with our renters to sell them our townhouse in Arlington. Just looking for steps in the process. We were planning on getting an appraisal (and then if things go well) and hiring a real estate attorney. I already have comps from a friend who is a realtor (it is a townhouse is a fairly large condo complex). Has anyone done this? Wondering what others have done … i.e. have you come up with a reduced price since there won’t be the realtor commisions? Any other tips?
My husband is looking for a new hair stylist since the one we both went to at PR decided to become a bartender 🙁 I have yet to find one I really like who is reasonably priced and he is still going to PR but isn’t happy. I don’t want barber recommendations – he needs a stylist. Someone who can deal with rather unruly, wavy hair and make it stylish/edgy. The grooming lounge invariably buzz cuts him (even when he requests to keep the length) so that is out too!
I have a pair of jeans that need to be shortened. Anyone have experience with this? I know there are suit/pants recommendations but haven’t seen any on denim as I know hemming jeans is a little more complicated…
