Zika and mosquito control around monuments?

Does anyone know what the Park Service (and maybe DC govt) are doing re: Zika control in and around the Federal monuments?

The number of bugs around the still-water reflecting book between Washington/Lincoln, for example, is gross. Similar still water at the monument on Roosevelt Island, at Meridian Hill/Malcolm X Park, and I’m sure in others.

I know there’s no active transmission in DC yet, but it’s just a matter of time. Haven’t been able to find any information on NPS, DOI, DC govt websites or via google search (lots of articles about a single birdbath on Capitol Hill, though…).
