What would be your ideal exercise scenario?
I recently started a group, which couples a healthy behavior, running (very, VERY slow running), with social interaction. Kinda like chasing tiny quantities of vegetables with large gulps of soda, I’m trying to mitigate exercising fears and debunk fitness stereotypes with large doses of socialization, DC exploration, and …beer (1 beer).
I think I have a good approach, as my groups are getting bigger (slowly but surely), but I am always actively looking for feedback on how I can make my groups more appealing to people who aren’t already looking to ‘get in shape’. Any suggestions? What would be your ideal exercise scenario?
