Trivia Night Fundraiser for a school in Zimbabwe
Want to help make a difference for school children in Zimbabwe and saves lives in a poor, rural community? The Rotary Club of Dupont Circle is having its annual Trivia Night Fundraiser on Sunday, February 28th. All proceeds from the event go to support the community of Murehwa, approximately 65 miles from Harare, in building a bridge over a river so that kids can reach their school during the whole school year, not just during the dry season. On average, a child dies once every 2 years trying to get to school. So help save a life!
Tickets are $20 each, and teams are up to 5 people. There are cash prizes for the top three teams, and prizes for the first loser and best team name. The Trivia Night will be held at RFD Washington in Gallery Place on Sunday, February 28th at 4:00 with trivia beginning at 4:30.
