Sending catered food–any recommendations?

My friend is having a big party that I can’t attend because I’ll be out of town.  Typically I would help her with prep work/cooking because I love it and she hates it.  I would love to contribute by ordering a fabulous appetizer to be delivered before the party.  Does anyone have any suggestions of a company who might do this?

Try Cava–…their food is delish.

I’ve used Windows for a graduation party – great food and lots of variety.   But really depends on what she is serving or wanting.  An ethnic restaurant might be good for satay, pupusas etc.

Andy’s Appetite.  He can do a variety of food and it’s all delicious.  It’s also a great way to support a small local business!  Trust me, you’ll be happy with this choice.

Le Caprice, ( is a great source of finger foods.  They prepared for our wedding dinner and people really liked the foods (hors d’oeuvres and desserts).
