Recommendation to Fix a Hall Tree

I have recently purchased an old row house in Columbia Heights. It has a built in hall tree that needs a fair amount of work and I have no idea who to call to get it fixed. My first instinct was to get in contact with a shop who specializes in antique furniture, but no one seems to want to get back to me with a quote. I’m assuming this is because it is built in to my house and they usually work in their own shops. Is there someone out there who specializes in this kind of work?

What is a hall tree?  At first, I thought you meant your house had a tree growing in it (seen a couple of places with this).
