Does anyone know where I can find a large concentration of mulberries?  I’m thinking maybe parts of Rock Creek Park?  I see them throughout various neighborhoods, but I want to gather a lot.

I saw lots on Roosevelt Island last week – in all stages of ripeness.   High density of mulberry trees on the side of the island nearest Georgetown.

we have 2 very prolific trees in Petworth if you are interested, just post and we can arrange a tarp 🙂

There’s a tree at the corner of Connecticut/Kalroama on the side of the old Chinese embassy building.  It is huge and always produces a lot of fruit.  I walked by there this weekend and the berries seemed just about ready to start falling.
