Luggage Wheel Repair?

On my last trip home from Reagan, I noticed my suitcase was particularly difficult to wheel around, and by the time I got home, I saw the rubber wheel was essentially destroyed.  I’ve seen plenty of high-rated luggage repair shops on Yelp! that repair damaged leather, but none have mentioned wheels. I’d rather not deal with the manufacturer on this one, so does anyone have a recommendation on a luggage repair shop that fixes broken wheels?

I didn’t actually get luggage wheel repair done at this establishment, because it turned out that my rolling suitcase was old enough that the manufacturer was no longer making replacement wheels, but I heard good things about Expert Luggage and Shoes Repair in Chevy Chase, D.C., just south of the Maryland border:
If your wheel can’t be repaired, you might be able to still use your suitcase by getting a cheap-ish luggage cart with bungee cords.
