DC Wedding Venues?

Looking for suggestions to get the biggest bang for my buck. We need a DC venue that can accomdate 250 people for a seated reception and dancing! Creative ideas welcome!

St. Francis Hall!  250 is close, but I think it would work.

We got married at AIA headquarters – I think they can seat that many. Another suggestion – National Geographic. Huge room, with floor to ceiling windows.

I second St. Francis Hall.  They say 250 is the max for seated dinners, and it’s a beautiful, unique venue!

You should search on http://www.partyista.com and see what you like. Just put in 250 people for a wedding and adjust the $$$ rate. Howard Theater? The Sphinx Club? St. Francis Hall and Arena Stage both seat 250 and are great year round. What about a summer wedding at Nats Stadium? Or one of the roofdecks like 20 F Street or the Flying Bridge? Go to http://www.partyista.com and do a search for what you need – you can also search for other things like ADA accessibility, kosher food, etc. If you find a place that isnt on the site and should be, let me know. I’m Lauren and I run the Partyista fun. Yay
