We take our dogs to PetSmart (the one on Rt. 1) for baths and nail clipping. I’m not sure how much the nail clipping is on its own – probably around $10 or $15 – but you can call and ask. Also, you don’t mention whether you need actual grooming services – as we don’t do anything more than baths, I don’t know how good a job PetSmart does with trims and such, but there are always a lot of dogs getting worked on there.
I take my dog to Petsmart on Route 1 to get his nails trimmed – it’s 9 or 11 dollars. They do standard clipping or the grinder thing if your dog will tolerate it. You do have to provide up to date vacinnation records (rabies specifically) before the will trim your dogs nails.

Wagtime (both locations) does nail trimming for $10. They also offer full grooming services.
