What are the odds that the BZA will approve our request for a special exception to exceed lot occupancy in our Capitol Hill semi-detached row home to put on an addition if our abutting neighbors oppose the addition? No real privacy impact on them (pre-existing 2nd floor deck); arguable light/air impact on one neighbor (attached side)? Anyone obtained approval even where neighbors filed objections?
