Hypnosis for TMJ pain?

Yeah, yeah, hypnosis. I know. But I’ve tried everything (outside of surgery) to deal with the pain caused by clenching my teeth at night and it’s still terrible. The idea that I could spend some money and hang out in a relaxed state for an hour or so and MAYBE it would be effective is looking pretty appealing. Has anyone ever done anything like this, or do you have a practitioner or office you could recommend? Thanks!

Capitol Hill/Columbia Heights Potential Outdoor Bootcamp?

I am a health and fitness professional looking to start some independent work outside of my full-time position. I wanted to ask the community if there would be any interest in an outdoor boot camp? I am thinking in Columbia Heights or Capitol Hill neighborhoods or both! If so, what days/times would people be interested in? What meeting places would participants enjoy? I am open to all input actually. Thank you!
